Kim Kardashian Leads an All-Star Cast in Ryan Murphy’s Fiery New Legal Drama ‘All’s Fair’

Get ready for your next TV obsession. Kim Kardashian is stepping into the courtroom—this time, not as a law student, but as a high-powered divorce attorney in All’s Fair, a sizzling new legal series created by the ever-provocative Ryan Murphy. Set to debut in Fall 2025 on Disney+, the star-studded series promises sharp suits, sharper dialogue, and a fierce cast of women rewriting the rules of power, prestige, and heartbreak.

Kim Kardashian Still from "All's Fair"

Back in 2023, Kardashian teased her ongoing legal aspirations with a playful Jay-Z lyric posted to Instagram: “I ain’t passed the bar, but I know a lil’ bit.” Now, she’s not just studying law—she’s playing the best divorce lawyer in Los Angeles in a show that blurs the lines between reality and fantasy. Produced by Murphy alongside co-creators Joe Baken and Jon Robin Baitz (Feud: Capote vs. The Swans), All’s Fair is being billed as “a high-end, glossy and sexy adult procedural.”

Kardashian stars as the headliner of an elite, all-female law firm navigating high-stakes divorces, courtroom battles, and the complex alliances within their own walls. And she’s not doing it alone. Glenn Close, an eight-time Oscar nominee and legal TV icon thanks to Damages, was the first major name attached to the cast, playing the firm’s formidable boss and serving as executive producer. Though Halle Berry was initially announced, scheduling conflicts led to her exit. But the casting news only got hotter from there.

Teyana Taylor stills from "All's Fair"

Enter Sarah Paulson, Naomi Watts, Niecy Nash, and Teyana Taylor—each a force in her own right and no stranger to the Murphy universe. Whether it’s Paulson in American Crime Story, Watts in The Watcher, or Nash in Dahmer, these women bring gravitas and edge to the screen. Meanwhile, Taylor’s breakout performance in A Thousand and One proves she’s ready to dominate this ensemble.

For Kardashian, All’s Fair marks her second major Murphy collaboration following her scene-stealing role as a ruthless publicist in American Horror Story: Delicate—a performance that silenced skeptics and opened new doors in Hollywood.

Glen Close Still from "All's Fair"

The buzz hit fever pitch on May 13 when the first trailer dropped. Picture this: pastel power suits, courtroom drama with the intensity of a heavyweight bout, private jets, scandal, and cameos from Mamie Gummer and Jessica Simpson—who, in true soap-style fashion, hurls a drink across a luxe restaurant.

Accompanying the trailer was the official series synopsis, setting the tone for what’s to come:

“In All’s Fair, a team of female divorce attorneys leave a male-dominated firm to open their own powerhouse practice. Fierce, brilliant and emotionally complicated, they navigate high-stakes break-ups, scandalous secrets and shifting allegiances—both in the courtroom and within their own ranks. In a world where money talks and love is a battleground, these women don’t just play the game—they change it.”

With Disney+ set to premiere the show in autumn 2025, expectations are sky-high. Between the firepower in front of and behind the camera, the high-gloss visuals, and the promise of scandal and sisterhood, All’s Fair might just be Ryan Murphy’s next big cultural moment—and Kim Kardashian’s most unexpected role yet.

So, stock up on martinis and mark your calendars. Court is officially in session.
