PIXSTYLEMOOD’s Prachi Chaurasia is a Digital Renaissance Woman

While there’s a lot of discussion going on about the pros and cons of social media, it’s worth remembering what it was created for. At its core, social media was designed as a way to share information about our lives with friends, and hopefully, the world. And that’s exactly what Prachi Chaurasia is doing.

Prachi is the woman behind PIXSTYLEMOOD on Instagram, a page that caters to a wide variety of interests. PIXSTYLEMOOD has fashion ideas for when you don’t know what to wear. Prachi, who herself models many of the outfits, has a simple, classy look that makes most of the outfits displayed on PIXSTYLEMOOD appeal to a broad range of followers.

But that’s just one thing you can find on Prachi’s Instagram, because her chief goal is to create a community that shares her passions. Because of that, she doesn’t just focus on one niche, and instead shares her varied palate.

PIXSTYLEMOOD is also a page dedicated to traveling and seeing the world. Here, Prachi shares snaps from her adventures, with the clear message that you should make some memories, because life is short.

Prachi also offers lifestyle advice and inspiration, on anything from hacks to decor. For her, being on social media isn’t just about becoming an influencer, but also about learning from other digital creators, and growing. Not just online, but as a human being. Prachi is always on the lookout for new hacks, clever tricks, and of course, fashion ideas.

As such, her open-minded, creative attitude, as well as her talent have allowed her to work with her favorite brand, which she describes as a dream come true.

“Being creative means solving a problem in a new way. It means changing your perspective. Being creative means taking risks and ignoring doubt and facing fears. It means breaking with routine and doing something different for the sake of doing something different. It means mapping out a thousand different routes to reach one destination. It means challenging yourself every day.”

As a child, Prachi knew early on that her destiny involved fashion in some form or another. As a little girl, she would put on fashion shows with her cousins, and come up with all sorts of fun outfits. Drawing inspiration from models like Bella Hadid and Alexa Chung, or brands like Mugler, Tom Ford, and Gucci, she started her own fashion Instagram. Of course, part of the fun of her journey was making mistakes and learning along the way.

“I should have focused more on creating videos and reels more and should have taken my reels outside coz that’s what people like, they like interaction, surroundings.”

Prachi also finds inspiration in artists from other sectors. Music plays an important role in her creative process, and she quotes Coldplay, and The Glass Animals as big inspirations. In the future, she hopes to develop her brand further, and become a full-time content creator and traveler.

Take time to know yourself. “Know thyself,” said Aristotle. When you know who you are, you can be wise about your goals, your dreams, your standards, your convictions. Knowing who you are allows you to live your life with purpose and meaning. And don’t worry what other people think. Personality begins where comparison leaves off. Be unique. Be memorable. Be confident. Be proud.”

Such wise words to leave by.  We are so excited to continue to follow her journey and also be inspired by her new ideas when it comes to creating content.
