Celebrated pastry innovator Chef Dominique Ansel is partnering with lifestyle powerhouse Kith Treats for a limited-edition Cronut®. This exclusive flavor is crafted with Kith Founder & CEO Ronnie Fieg.
Named The Metropolitan, this special-edition Cronut® honors the creative spirit of both brands. It also celebrates two major milestones: 14 years of Dominique Ansel Bakery and 10 years of Kith Treats. Together, they showcase a decade-long journey of pushing boundaries while staying true to their New York roots.
The Flavor? Still a Mystery.
For now, the exact flavor of The Metropolitan remains a secret. However, fans can expect it to capture the essence of Kith’s mantra: “New York to the World.” This promise hints at a bold, globally inspired taste that reflects NYC’s influence.

Where & When to Get The Metropolitan
Starting Friday, May 16, The Metropolitan Cronut® will be available exclusively at Dominique Ansel Bakery in SoHo. On the same day, Kith Treats will release a special ice cream swirl featuring the mystery Cronut® flavor. This limited-time offering will be served at all U.S. Kith Treats locations.
But don’t wait too long. The collaboration will only be available for one weekend—from Friday, May 16 through Sunday, May 18. If you want a taste, make sure to mark your calendar.
