As guests arrived, they were welcomed by a beautiful display of Lovell’s work, each piece telling a unique story of the people it represents. The atmosphere was electric, with live music and excited chatter filling the gallery as guests eagerly made their way through the exhibit.

The portraits, which were done on salvaged wood and paired with found objects, had a powerful effect on everyone in attendance. Each work of art captured the essence of the person it represented, as if the subject was still with us, speaking to us through the art.
